I just bought a refurbed one today on Amazon (waiting for it to arrive soon) since I wanted a bigger and better screen for Android phone games I play such as Raid Shadow Legends and Golf Rival. My older Tab 4 from a decade ago cant run anything but barely Netflix at this point or read email/surf the internet.
I own the S9. Mine is still holding up. I traded up from the S8, and i am not disappointed. The S9 is the best tablet I have ever owned. No complaints. Performance, portability, power, and S-pen, what more can you ask for.
I've bought a Galaxy S7 FE last year and it didn't last 2 months, and I had 2 heavy damages on it and now I'm looking forward to get the S9 FE + as a new upgrade.
Oh man, seeing that s23 ultra is red in your b roll brings good memories. I had the red one but traded it for the s24 ultra.. I think out of the two the s23 ultra was a better phone camera wise.. Still rocking the s9 plus as my daily tablet. Love it!
Just bought S9 tab , Hoping to use it for atleast 4-5 years , only issue is 128GB hope it doesn't bottleneck my experience. 128GB was selling for 45k INR , just couldn't resist the deal. Also have S6 lite Qualcomm variant only issue with that is it's 4GB ram.
Will you do a 1 year later video of the S9 FE, or does it perform just as good after a year (obviously with its limited specs in mind). Receiving my FE 128/6 this week. Hopefully a good fit for me for a few years to come.
I've been using it for 2 months. I don't care what everyone said about the specs but it was more than enough for me. I was expecting the device to be sluggish as everyone said but in my daily use, I didn't feel that sluggishness at all even though I jumped from app to app and used the multi windows for work. Although, I don't game on my device, I'd say this is a good device, not a full laptop replacement (depending on your workload) but enough for me to do some work when I'm travelling abroad (I've been leaving my laptop at home when I got this, love the battery life)
@IvanKam11 decided on the s9+ really happy with it . Truly is the best size 🙌 more ram more storage and I only paid 50$ more excellent open box at best buy 700$ including taxes
Hey man, I'm purchasing one soon, sold my laptop because it's just too big and my work lately has been more on Canva and small video edits. Do you think this tablet would be for canva/video editing?
i have the S8+ and find it too large to take with me anywhere. I wish I bought the standard S8 instead. However the OLED screen and sound quality is magnificent. It was expensive but definitely worth the money. Im glad I paid extra for the 256gb version too. I just wish it had more than 8gb ram.
Can you go more indepth on the AI features? You mention it several times, but have no idea how it functions on the tablet use during daily work flow. BTW, I got the S9 FE based on your recommendation and price on Samsung website with S6 Lite trade-in. Irresistible offer! Thank you for the guidance.
Just a thought, how many cycles do you have on the battery? This has a lot to do with the battery being able to last longer between charging. For example I have a 2021 iPad Pro 12.9 that now has a a problem lasting for a full day. But my new iPad Pro is easily lasting 9+ hours. As I said this is just a thought about how you might give some context to some of the things that you mentioned in the video. Keep up the good work and looking forward to the next one.
So i have samsung galaxy tab s6 lite 4/64 gb version and i make notes and its almost 50 gb full. It does not lag if i just make notes and watch lecture simultaneously, but i think adding an sd card wouldn't be the same as internal storage and i might lose my important notes if i store it on sd card. Should i upgrade it for s9 fe or will i be fine with this by just adding sd card. Please suggest. Cost here for s9fe in my country is 603$ while i bought s6 lite 3 years back for 380$. Would it be a good dealif i buy s9fe?
As someone who just wants to read ebooks, write and watch RUclips and TV shows on it, would you recommend this one or the Tab S9+? To me both seem like great options and the S9+ doesn't seem to be a lot bigger than the base model. The thing is I have small hands and I'm worried mostly about the portability since I want to take it with me to coffee shops and stuff. Thanks!
Go to a near shop and try them both. I have ended with 11" S9 very quickly. S9 11" is a tablet, that means if you will have it most of the time in your hands it is perfect. Size 11" is great for web browsing, media consumption, online shopping, reading, writing, gaming, taking notes,...in a great portable format. If you won't use it in your hands, if it will be most of the time on your desk, if you will edit photos, videos, if you like some multitasking than S9+ will be better option. If you are maybe an artist, if you like drawing, heavy multitasking, doing video or picture editing, if the tablet will be always on your desk, need subtitution of a laptop, than S9 Ultra will be the one to choose. I have ended like i wrote with the smallest 11". It is the only one where i can reach the whole on screen keyboard 😂. You can't type on a S9+ unless you have a very very long fingers or don't even think about it on Ultra model. So the S9 11" was quick and easy decision for me. The second is, i wanted portable computer, portable tablet for going with me on a train, a bus, on holidays, everywhere...and it does 😊. 11" is a tablet, model + and Ultra are more or less subtitution of a laptop.
@@NeonBoris Thank you! Your reply was really useful. Just today I was thinking that my Tab A8 that I currently have is 10.5 inches and I find it kinda big even when I read ebooks on it so the base model of the S9 line will be perfect for me since it has an 11-inch display. Like you said, I think it's more than enough because I don't need a laptop substitute for now. I'm interested in the portability mostly. And I use my S22+ to edit photos and videos and it's enough for now. So yeah, I'll stick to the S9.
@@catalinaivan2497 I've went to Samsung retailer shop to try all sizes. Ultra is like humongous. S9+ was good looking and promising, but after like 5 minutes of use it was to heavy to hold it anymore. Then second, screen 12.4 is to big for being in front of your eyes, and 3rd in portrait mode, you can't write on a on screen keyboard. I couldn't reach the center of keyboard with my fingers. No no S9+ is way to big for me,...S9 11" it was a bit smaller, much lighter, max size to hold it in your hands and in front of your eyes, let's try portrait mode and type,...almoust barely reached the center of the keyboard, but i have 😆. Yes it is perfect for me,...perfect size, maybe a little heavy during longer period of time (1-2h maybe) to hold it in my hand, so i change my hands time to time. It has superAmoled 2x display with HDR+ support, so the screen is beautiful, vibrant colors and deep blacks. Sound is great for such a device, 4 speakers with DolbyAtmos. Tablet is fast, snappy, enough power for a years to come, battery life is good,...all packet with a smaller portable format. I take it everywhere. It is great to have something bigger as a smartphone.
Sir. I have tab s7 5g tab s7 plus tab s4 tab a 8.4 2020att. All work fine. S7 5g has a few light blemishes visble on white background. On samsung site trading my s7 5g i can get a 8/128 tab s9 after redeeming $210 in samsung points total would be $96. Buy??? Lol

@@nt-go2sl i don't count the hours exactly but I usually charge it in every two days (in the morning usually)
He already did an updated video on the S9 FE recently.
Received mine yesterday and it is perfect as for now. Works fine for wireless screen extention and remote desktop@@leewalker23

Between ipad air m2 2024 and galaxy s9 which one you support for long time support?
They're both supported for roughly 5-6 years, but the M2 ipad Air came out after the Tab S9, so it'll be supported longer
